A challenger remains in shadow mode until every requirement is measured from immutable outcomes. Missing metrics defer the decision; they never count as a pass.
Promotion may change prompts, weights, abstention thresholds and paper sizing inside the fixed envelope. It cannot enable live trading, raise leverage above 5×, modify access controls or bypass the emergency stop.
The registry now displays recorded versions and evaluations only. It does not present example scores as real performance.
